Ice Skating Lessons at Ice Town (Figure Skating Academy)


 

Ice skating is an exciting, invigorating, & enjoyable activity.
In the Ice Town Skating Academy, you’ll learn the skills that will enable you to enjoy a lifetime of fun & exercise. Step by step instruction in pleasant, supervised surroundings makes learning safe & easy.  New skaters are always welcome. Classes are grouped by age and ability, and meet once weekly.

The Skating Academy structures its classes to be a positive learning experience filled with lots of fun.
 
 

HOW TO GET STARTED!

Tot-Starters/ Mommy & Me (Ages 3-6)

$55.00 Monthly Payment - This includes; one- half hour class each week!

~You are welcome to take this class with your child at no-extra charge!

Pre-Alpha (Ages 6-13)

$69.00 Monthly Payment - This includes; one– hour of class time, one day a week or two- half-hour classes that may be scheduled on different days each week.
Once the skater has passed the first required level (Pre-Alpha) They are permitted to take elective classes in addition to their next required class.
Elective classes can replace one half-hour of your hour-long class or can be added to your membership at only $14.00 extra per/ month!

-Elective classes include, Intro. To performing, Theater on Ice, Intro to Power Skating, Jump Class Technique, Axel Class, Double Jump Class, Intro. To Spinning.
 

Adult Program ( Ages 13 & Up)

$69.00 Monthly Payment - This includes; one– hour of class time, one day a week or two- half-hour classes on different days each week.

There is NO Registration fee to sign-up to any of Icetown’s programs
 

Optional
$19.00 Parent Public Session Pass. (If your child is registered in the Skating Academy, parents have an opportunity to skate on all of the public session for only $19.00 a month per parent. This offer is limited to two parents per child and can not be transferred to siblings or any other person. A $39 dollar annual membership fee is waived if the parent registers at the same time as the child)

The Skating Academy structures its classes to be a positive learning experience filled with lots of fun.

Depending on your level, Classes are 1/2 hour &/ or hour-long. There are four weeks during the year that classes are not held (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years.) The monthly payments are due every month and are based on an average of 48 classes per year. Academy members are entitled to receive free public session during the weeks that classes do not meet.
